From the floor

  1. From 60 to 140 kg deadlift.

I couldn't touch the bar to the floor without rounding my back. Fourteen months later I pulled 140 in front of the whole seven o'clock class.

    Priya R., member since 2025

  2. From 45 to 110 kg squat.

Safeties at my height, every time. I stopped being scared of failing a rep, and then I stopped failing them.

    Sneha K., member since 2024

  3. From 0 to 8 strict pull-ups.

The coach caught me cutting my reps short before I did, and fixed my grip in one session.

    Arjun M., member since 2025

  4. From 40 to 85 kg bench press.

The half-kilo plates are the whole secret. Small jumps every week add up faster than you think.

Questions

I have never lifted. Is this the right gym?

Yes. Most members started with an empty bar. Your free first session is with a coach, who teaches the three main lifts and writes your first four weeks.

Is the first session really free?

It is. One hour with a coach, the whole floor to try, and no card details. Book it by email or WhatsApp and pick any morning or evening slot.

When is the floor quietest?

Weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00, and after 21:00. The busiest hours are 6:00 to 8:00 and 18:00 to 20:00, when every platform is usually in use.

Can I pause my membership?

Annual members can pause for up to 30 days a year, for travel, exams or injury. Monthly plans simply stop when you stop paying.

What should I bring?

Flat shoes, a water bottle and clothes you can squat in. Belts, chalk, wraps, towels and lockers are already here.

Are there showers and parking?

There are changing rooms with hot showers on both floors, and free parking for 30 cars and plenty of two-wheelers behind the building.
